Could Benefit from a Class Action Settlement 

The Court granted final approval of the Settlement on September 22, 2015. On December 16, 2015, the appeal by a single objector to the Settlement was dismissed by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Consumers who currently subscribe or had Comcast Cable (above and beyond basic cable) anytime from 2003 to 2008, in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia Counties, may be eligible for benefits from a Class Action Settlement.
